I'm getting better health-wise and slowly getting back into exercising! Went to the doc and got a new prescription, plus I get to eat some of the stuff I used to, just in small doses!

Note to self: Don't try figuring out med results by yourself or otherwise you'll get stressed tf out.

Would anyone be interested in tuning in and watching me do/take art requests on Twitch these days? I'd wanna do humans, monsters, anthros or Pokemon! I'd announce a stream at least 2 days in advance.

Went to Zumba class yesterday after like two years and dancing/exercising felt good. Obv I'll go to the doc again about my diet and meds but this should defs help as well, I missed dancing.

I went to draw blood today to check on my insulin resistance and it somehow got worse. They give you a specific diet with a lot of things which you can't eat, and it was already hard enough adapting to it (especially when you used to eat everything which now you're just not allowed to). I followed it but apparently that's another hormonal problem that needs to be fixed. I was told this is actually very common, but that doesn't make the whole situation any less crummy.

Made a tiny doodly Tura at the end of my first stream to say "thank you" to everyone who came along! This was fun and I'll announce when I plan on my next stream, again thank you to everyone who hopped in!
